Night to Shine 2026

 TEAM VOLUNTEER

  Volunteer Registration for 2026 Night to Shine.

We need the help of over 200 volunteers to create this amazing night for our honored guests. 

HERE ARE A FEW WAYS YOU CAN HELP MAKE EACH GUEST FEEL LOVED:

WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY IN NEED OF BUDDIES

BUDDY TEAM

Each guest will be accompanied by a buddy throughout the evening. Buddies will assist their guest in any way needed and simply have fun together. All buddies 18 and older must pass a background check as well as attend a mandatory training. Those who are 15-17 years old may serve as a buddy - no background check is necessary.

PARKING TEAM

Assist attendees as they leave their vehicle and direct traffic.  Any age may serve. 18 & older must have a background check.  Everyone must register.

RED CARPET

Assist with flow of red carpet and take paparazzi type photos when attendees enter. Make the guests feel special and loved as they enter the prom.  Any age may serve. 18 & older must have a background check.  Everyone must register.

GLAM ROOM

For the girls - Paint nails, shine shoes, help touch up make-up, etc. Any age may serve. 18 & older must have a background check.  Everyone must register.

SHOE SHINE

For the guys - shine shoes, comb hair, just get them ready, etc. Any age may serve. 18 & older must have a background check.  Everyone must register.

RESPITE ROOM

Minister to the families of the participants and help with the food in the Respite Room. Any age may serve. 18 & older must have a background check.  Everyone must register.

FOOD SERVICE

Assist with food and drinks and help with flow of food line. Any age may serve. 18 & older must have a background check.  Everyone must register.

REGISTRATION

Help get the special guests checked in and directed. Any age may serve. 18 & older must have a background check.  Everyone must register. 

The Tim Tebow foundation requires background checks for ALL volunteers serving
 during the Night to Shine prom, regardless of the role you are serving.

Night to Shine  Volunteer Registration Form

All volunteers must submit to a background check. The Tim Tebow foundation has recommended Datasouce Background and Screening Company.  You must complete the background check and pay the $7.00 fee in order to complete the volunteer registration.  MANDATORY BACKGROUND CHECK
