Alan Fisher
Lead Pastor
Alan Fisher has been on staff at OHBC since 1999, where he has invested in the lives of hundreds of students. He is a graduate of Baptist Bible College with a degree in Biblical Counseling. Alan is also an avid outdoorsman and is particularly passionate about duck hunting. Alan and his wife Stephanie have three children. OHBC called Alan to become the Lead Pastor in October of 2023.
Matt Tucker
Children's Pastor
Matt Tucker has been on staff at OHBC since 2011. He is a graduate of Baptist Bible College with a degree in Biblical Studies. In addition to his role as Children's Pastor, Matt also oversees much of the media and tech areas of OHBC. Matt and his wife Cindy have three children.
David Skaggs
Administrative Pastor
David Skaggs has been on staff at OHBC since 2007. He is a graduate of Louisiana Baptist University with a degree in Biblical Studies. In addition to his role as Administrative Pastor, David also oversees missionaries and missions projects supported by OHBC. David and his wife Ruthi have two adult children and six grandchildren.
Candice Fouch
Director of Worship
Candice Fouch has been on staff at OHBC since 2021. She is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a degree in Music. In addition to Music she is one of the directors of our M.O.M.S ministry (Mothers of Many Seasons). A ministry designed to uplift and encourage all moms. Candice and her husband Matt have two children.
Jason Conley
High School Pastor
Jason been on staff at OHBC since 2022. He is a graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Religion: Christian Ministries. In addition to his role as High School Pastor, Jason serves as a member of the Praise Team. Jason and his wife Carolyn have 2 daughters.
Andrew Smith
Middle School Pastor
Drew has been on staff at OHBC since May 2023. He is currently in his senior year at Boyce College & The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary seeking a Master of Divinity. Drew and his fiancé Caitlin Burton are excited to serve the Middle school students of OHBC.
Gary Phelps
Pastor Emeritus
Gary Phelps joined the OHBC staff in 2006, serving as Associate Pastor prior to being called as Lead Pastor in 2010. He is a graduate of Baptist Bible College with a degree in Pastoral Ministry. In addition to his love for the church, Gary enjoys drinking coffee, reading, and traveling with his family. Gary and his wife Carolyn have three children. God has blessed Pastor Gary and his ministry over the years. He and Carolyn retired from full time ministry in January of 2024.
